Welcome to KY Easel (hereinafter referred to as "this APP"). This APP is developed and operated by KY Easel (hereinafter referred to as "we") and provides services to users outside the People's Republic of China. We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and privacy, and will strictly comply with South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, relevant U.S. privacy protection regulations (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, CCPA), and relevant privacy laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located. Adhering to the principles of "legality, propriety, necessity, and good faith", we standardize the collection, use, storage, transmission, and protection of your personal information to ensure the security of your privacy.

This Privacy Policy is intended to clearly inform you of how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information involved in your use of this APP, as well as the rights you enjoy. Please carefully read and fully understand all contents of this Privacy Policy, especially the bolded clauses, before using this APP. By clicking "Agree" and using this APP, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all the terms of this Policy, confirmed that you are over 18 years of age, and meet the user eligibility requirements of this APP; if you do not agree to this Policy or are under 18 years of age, please do not use this APP.

1. Collection of Personal Information and Permission Usage Instructions

To realize core functions and improve user experience, this APP will only apply for and use three necessary function permissions: Microphone, Bluetooth, and Location (all are indispensable for realizing core functions). It will not collect personal information irrelevant to the functions, and is suitable for users outside the People's Republic of China (including South Korea, the United States, etc.). The specific instructions are as follows:

1.1 Microphone Permission

1. Purpose of Permission Application: Only used to realize the core function of speech recognition. Specifically, it captures your voice commands and voice content, converts voice into text or executes corresponding operations through speech recognition technology, to help you use the functions of this APP more conveniently, with no other purposes.

2. Scope of Information Collection: Only when you actively enable this permission and trigger the speech recognition function, will your voice data (only including audio content required for speech recognition) be temporarily collected. It will not automatically collect or record your voice in the background, and will not collect audio information irrelevant to speech recognition, ensuring data security.

3. Usage Restrictions: The collected voice data is only used to complete speech recognition operations in real time and respond to your usage needs. It will not be stored for a long time and will be cleaned up in a timely manner after use; it will not be used for data analysis, advertising push, user profiling or any other purposes. It strictly complies with the privacy laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located, and will not illegally process any voice-related data involving personal privacy.

1.2 Bluetooth Permission

1. Purpose of Permission Application: Only used to realize the core function of Bluetooth device connection. Specifically, it helps your device (mobile phone/tablet, etc.) establish a stable connection with various compatible Bluetooth devices (such as Bluetooth headsets, Bluetooth speakers, smart hardware, etc.) to realize normal interaction between devices, with no other purposes. It is suitable for the device connection needs of overseas users outside the People's Republic of China.

2. Scope of Information Collection: Only when you actively enable this permission and perform Bluetooth pairing operations, will your device's Bluetooth name and Bluetooth MAC address (used for device identification and pairing connection to ensure accurate matching of Bluetooth devices) be collected. It will not collect other device information or personal information irrelevant to Bluetooth, and will not collect any additional data beyond what is needed for device connection.

3. Usage Restrictions: The collected Bluetooth-related information is only used for Bluetooth device pairing, connection and function adaptation to ensure that you can use the Bluetooth connection function normally. It will not be disclosed to any third party, and will not be used in any scenarios irrelevant to the core functions of this APP, strictly ensuring the security of your device information.

1.3 Location Permission

1. Purpose of Permission Application: As an auxiliary permission for the Bluetooth device connection function, it is only used to help you quickly search for nearby connectable Bluetooth devices, improve the efficiency and accuracy of Bluetooth device pairing, and optimize your user experience, with no other purposes; it adheres to the "principle of necessity", does not abuse the location permission, and complies with the relevant compliance requirements of relevant privacy laws and regulations on the use of location permissions.

2. Scope of Information Collection: Only when you actively enable this permission and search for and pair Bluetooth devices, will your approximate location information be temporarily collected (only used to locate nearby Bluetooth devices, not to collect precise location, movement track and other sensitive information); you can choose the "Allow only while using the app" authorization mode to further protect privacy, and you can independently turn off the precise location permission and only provide the approximate location for device search.

3. Usage Restrictions: The collected location information is only used to assist Bluetooth device connection. It will not be stored for a long time and will be cleaned up in a timely manner after use; it will not be used for location tracking, regional analysis, advertising push or any other purposes, and will not be shared with any third party; you can turn off the location permission at any time. After turning it off, it will only affect the efficiency of Bluetooth device search, not the normal use of Bluetooth devices after connection, fully protecting your location privacy.

1.4 Other Instructions

1. This APP will not apply for or collect your address book, photo album, short messages, call records, account passwords, bank information and other personal information and permissions irrelevant to core functions. It will not illegally collect any personal information beyond the necessary scope, and strictly complies with relevant privacy compliance requirements;

2. All permissions are "voluntarily enabled". You can enable or disable the Microphone, Bluetooth, and Location permissions at any time in your mobile phone system settings. Disabling any permission will only affect the normal use of the function corresponding to that permission, and will not affect the operation of other basic functions of this APP;

3. This APP only provides services to users outside the People's Republic of China, and strictly complies with the relevant privacy protection laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located, ensuring that the collection, use, storage, and transmission of personal information comply with local compliance standards.

2. Rules for the Use of Personal Information

1. We will only use your personal information (Bluetooth-related identification information, temporarily collected voice data, temporarily collected approximate location information) within the scope clearly agreed in this Privacy Policy to realize the corresponding core functions. We will not use it beyond this scope and strictly adhere to the "principle of necessity";

2. Without your explicit consent, we will not use your personal information for any scenarios irrelevant to the core functions of this APP, and will not sell, rent, or share your personal information to any third party. The relevant data processing strictly complies with the relevant laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located;

3. We will not commercially use your personal information other than anonymization and de-identification, nor will it be used for data analysis, user profiling, advertising push and other purposes. We strictly protect your personal privacy and comply with the relevant privacy protection requirements of South Korea, the United States and the country/region where you are located.

3. Storage and Protection of Personal Information 3.1 Storage Instructions

1. Storage Scope: Only your device's Bluetooth MAC address is stored (used for subsequent quick Bluetooth pairing, which can be manually cleared by you); temporarily collected voice data and location information will not be stored for a long time, and will be cleaned up immediately after use, without retaining any personal information irrelevant to function use;

2. Storage Location: Your personal information is only stored on your local device and our secure servers (both located outside the People's Republic of China, complying with local privacy law storage requirements), ensuring compliant storage, secure and controllable servers, and no illegal storage of personal information;

3. Storage Period: Bluetooth-related identification information will be stored until you uninstall this APP or manually clear the corresponding data; the storage period of temporarily collected voice data and location information will not exceed a single function use cycle (such as after a speech recognition is completed, or after a Bluetooth device pairing is completed), and it will be automatically deleted after the expiration, without extending the storage period.

3.2 Protection Measures

We have adopted industry-standard security protection measures to fully protect the security of your personal information, prevent information leakage, tampering, and loss, and at the same time adapt to the privacy protection compliance requirements of regions outside the People's Republic of China:

1. Technical Protection: Adopt encrypted storage and transmission technologies (such as SSL encryption) to perform full-process encryption of your personal information, prevent data from being illegally obtained or tampered with during transmission and storage, and ensure data security;

2. Permission Control: Strictly restrict internal employees' access to your personal information. Only authorized staff can access it, and a complete access log and audit mechanism have been established to record access behaviors throughout the process to prevent internal illegal access;

3. Security Monitoring: Regularly conduct security inspections and vulnerability repairs on servers and APPs to prevent security risks such as network attacks and virus intrusions, ensure the safe and stable operation of the system, and protect the security of your personal information;

4. Emergency Response: Establish an emergency response mechanism for personal information security. If personal information leakage, tampering, loss or other situations occur, we will immediately activate the emergency plan, take remedial measures, and promptly notify you (if necessary) and relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located;

5. Compliance Control: Strictly comply with the privacy laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located, ensuring that the collection, use, storage, and transmission of personal information are fully compliant.

4. Your Rights to Personal Information

In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of South Korea, the United States and the country/region where you are located, you enjoy the following rights to your personal information. We will provide you with convenient ways to exercise these rights to ensure that your rights are realized:

1. Right to Access and Copy: You can check your personal information (Bluetooth MAC address) in [Settings - Privacy Settings] of this APP at any time. If you need to copy it, you can contact us for assistance;

2. Right to Delete: You can manually delete Bluetooth pairing records to clear Bluetooth-related identification information; you can also contact us to apply for the deletion of all your personal information. We will complete the processing and feedback within 15 working days, and promptly respond to your deletion request in accordance with relevant laws and regulations;

3. Right to Permission Management: You can enable or disable the Microphone, Bluetooth, and Location permissions at any time in your mobile phone system settings, independently control our collection and use of corresponding information, and fully enjoy the right to independent permission management;

4. Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent to this Privacy Policy and the collection and use of personal information at any time by uninstalling this APP or disabling relevant permissions. After withdrawing consent, we will no longer collect or use your personal information, but it will not affect the relevant operations completed based on your consent before;

5. Additional Rights: You can enjoy additional personal information protection rights in accordance with the relevant privacy protection laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located. If you need to exercise these rights, you can contact us, and we will fully cooperate and respond in accordance with local legal requirements.

5. Third-Party Service Instructions

This APP does not access any third-party SDKs or third-party services, and will not share or disclose your personal information to any third party. It strictly ensures the security of your personal information and complies with the relevant privacy protection laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located.

6. Update and Notification of Privacy Policy

1. We may revise and improve this Privacy Policy in accordance with the update of relevant laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located and the upgrade of this APP's functions, ensuring that the Policy always complies with the privacy protection compliance requirements of various countries;

2. The revised Privacy Policy will be posted in a prominent position of this APP (such as the startup page, settings page) for a public notice period of not less than 7 days; if the revised Privacy Policy involves changes to your core rights (such as changes in the scope and purpose of collecting and using personal information), we will clearly notify you through pop-ups, push notifications, etc. By clicking "Agree", you are deemed to accept the revised Policy; if you do not agree, you can stop using this APP;

3. Your continued use of this APP is deemed to mean that you have fully understood and agreed to the revised Privacy Policy; we will also notify you of the updated content of the Privacy Policy through notification methods that comply with local legal requirements.

7. User Eligibility and Minor Privacy Protection

1. This APP only provides services to users over 18 years of age. Minors under 18 years of age are prohibited from using this APP;

2. We will not intentionally collect personal information of any minor under 18 years of age. If it is found that a minor (under 18 years of age) uses this APP, we will immediately delete the relevant information of the minor and stop providing services for them, strictly fulfilling the obligation of protecting minors' privacy and complying with the special protection regulations for minors' personal information in the country/region where you are located.

8. Disclaimer

1. We shall not be liable for the leakage, loss, or tampering of personal information caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons and other natural disasters), network failures, mobile phone system failures, third-party attacks and other non-subjective reasons;

2. You shall bear the responsibility for the information security risks caused by your active disclosure of personal information to others or your own improper operations (such as disclosing mobile phone passwords, randomly clicking unknown links)

3. We collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with the agreements of this Privacy Policy and relevant legal requirements. If your personal information is disclosed due to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located, or the legal summons of judicial or administrative organs, we shall not be liable;

4. After you independently disable relevant permissions, you shall bear the relevant risks and consequences caused by the inability to use the corresponding functions due to the disabled permissions. We shall not be liable for such risks and consequences.

10. Others

This Privacy Policy shall take effect from the date of release. It is the core agreement between you and us on the protection of personal information, and has legal effect with all your behaviors of using this APP; this Policy also adapts to the relevant privacy protection laws and regulations of South Korea, the United States and the country/region where you are located. If the agreements of this Policy are inconsistent with the privacy protection laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located, the relevant laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located shall prevail. If any dispute arises between you and us regarding personal information protection, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation.
